Autumn Term 1

This sign-up form is for parents wishing to enrol their child onto the Netzfit after school club, held at Burton Joyce Primary School on Thursday afternoons.

The Autumn Term 1 timetable runs as follows:​​​​

  1. Thursday 10th September: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

  2. Thursday 17th September: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

  3. Thursday 24th September: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

  4. Thursday 1st October: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

  5. Thursday 8th October: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

  6. Thursday 15th October: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

The session 'block' is charged at £36.00, and is payable in advance. We will be offering a pro rata rate as the number of sessions decreases, charged at £6.00 per session.

In the event that the primary carer is unable to collect the child, please contact Out of School Club to let us know, and provide your nominated person with this password so our staff can confirm the safe collection of the child.
