This sign-up form is for parents wishing to enrol their child onto the KS1 Multi Skills Afterschool Club, held at Burton Joyce Primary School on Wednesday afternoons, for years 1 and 2 only.

The Autumn Term 1 timetable runs as follows:​​​​​​

1. Wednesday 5th November: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

2. Wednesday 12th November: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

3. Wednesday 19th November: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

4. Wednesday 26th November: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

5. Wednesday 3rd December: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

6. Wednesday 10th December: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

The session 'block' is charged at £36.00, and is payable in advance. We will be offering a pro rata rate as the number of sessions decreases, charged at £6.00 per session.
