Autumn term 1

This sign-up form is for parents wishing to enroll their child onto the Netzfit after school club, held at Bleasby C of E Primary School on Monday afternoons.

​

The Autumn Term 1 timetable runs as follows:​​​​

  1. Monday 7th September: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

  2. Monday 14th September: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

  3. Monday 21st September: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

  4. Monday 28th September: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

  5. Monday 5th October: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

  6. Monday 12th October: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

The session 'block' is charged at £36.00, and is payable in advance. We will be offering a pro rata rate as the number of sessions decreases, priced at £6 per session.

Please sign up using the form below, and you will be directed to a checkout page to complete the registration. If you have previously registered your child for attendance at one of the Netzfit after school clubs, please get in touch and we will send a payment link to enrol your child onto the Summer program.

In the event that the primary carer is unable to collect the child, please contact Out of School Club to let us know, and provide your nominated person with this password so our staff can confirm the safe collection of the child.
