This sign-up form is for parents wishing to enroll their child onto the Netzfit after school club, held at Bleasby C of E Primary School on Monday afternoons.
The Summer Term 1 timetable runs as follows:

Monday 13th April: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

Monday 20th April: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

Monday 27th April: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

Monday 11th May: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

Monday 18th May: 3.30pm to 4.30pm
The session 'block' is charged at £30.00, and is payable in advance. We will be offering a pro rata rate as the number of sessions decreases, priced at £6 per session.

If you have previously registered your child for attendance at one of the Netzfit after school clubs, please get in touch and we will send a payment link to enrol your child onto the Summer program.
