Winter Term 1

This sign-up form is for parents wishing to enrol their child onto the Netzfit after school club, held at Abbey Gates Primary School on Tuesday afternoons.

The Winter Term 1 timetable runs as follows:​​​​

  1. Tuesday 6th January: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

  2. Tuesday 13th January: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

  3. Tuesday 20th January: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

  4. Tuesday 27th January: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

  5. Tuesday 3rd February: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

  6. Tuesday 10th February: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

The session 'block' is charged at £36.00, and is payable in advance. We will be offering a pro rata rate as the number of sessions decreases, charged at £6.00 per session.

In the event that the primary carer is unable to collect the child, please contact Out of School Club to let us know, and provide your nominated person with this password so our staff can confirm the safe collection of the child.
