This sign-up form is for parents wishing to enrol their child onto the Netzfit after school club, held at Abbey Gates Primary School on Tuesday afternoons.

The Autumn Term 1 timetable runs as follows:

Tuesday 8th September: 3.30pm to 4.30pm
Tuesday 15th September: 3.30pm to 4.30pm
Tuesday 22nd September: 3.30pm to 4.30pm
Tuesday 29th September: 3.30pm to 4.30pm
Tuesday 6th October: 3.30pm to 4.30pm
Tuesday 13th October: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

The session 'block' is charged at £36.00, and is payable in advance. We will be offering a pro rata rate as the number of sessions decreases, charged at £6.00 per session.
