Personal training for Netball specific strength and conditioning​
Netzfit strength and conditioning and personal training sessions aim to help players develop the speed, power, and agility needed to perform well on court.
A combination of plyometrics, speed drills, circuit & weight training is usually incorporated into an individual’s programme over several weeks in order to improve athletic performance.
Specific fitness training can be provided if an athlete wishes to maintain fitness through the off season or is getting ready for trials or a new season.
