Train with meg sessions

This is an intense session restricted to a maximum of 7 athletes (4 pairs, including Meg) which are ideal for maintaining and improving fitness leading up to trials, or during the season. 

The session includes pairs work to improve ball handling, general movement patterns on court, and speed, agility and plyometric work to build a well rounded athlete.
