NETZFIT PERFORMANCE

Performance Controlled Gameplay Sessions for Club, County & Franchise Players
Netzfit Performance sessions are delivered in 90 minute slots, with a maximum of 20 athletes per group, including warm up and cool down time. Sessions are focussed on half and full court game based scenarios in controlled conditions. Coaches will provide regular feedback during the session, in order to reinforce playing with structure.
The aim of these is to help the player better understand their role and position on court, improve their decision making when in possession of the ball and developing quick connections with other team mates on court.
We ask for athletes to arrive 10 minutes early, dressed and ready to begin promptly. Sessions are organized into age-appropriate groups, though athletes may be moved if the lead coach believes they are ready for a more advanced level. Each athlete’s progress is carefully monitored, and for those who may benefit from individualised support, we also offer 1-2-1, 1-2-2 & small group coaching.

UPCOMING NETZFIT PERFORMANCE SESSIONS
The Netzfit Performance Summer Training Program runs from Friday 25th April to 11th July, and is held at Mansfield Rugby Union Football Club.

The program is split into 3 separate training 'blocks' of 4 weeks each, and athletes will be able to sign up to training blocks on an individual basis, or join the whole 12 week program. ​​
​
The sessions will run according to the timetable below. Depending on the number of athletes signed up, we may also open an earlier training slot on these dates, with athletes being allocated a different slot depending on age and/or ability.

Please note, we only have a limited coaching capacity and cannot guarantee access to the whole program if you only sign up to one training block, and then want to book further training blocks at a later date.

Price: £48 per training block or £144 for the full 12 week program, payable in advance
