NETZFIT camps
We offer two types of camp during school holidays, aimed at our Netz Kidz (7-11 years) and Performance Athletes (12-16 years)
NETZ KIDZ CAMPS
These provide young netballers the opportunity to take to the courts during the school holidays for an all-encompassing netball experience. Our coaches provide fun games, a range of match play opportunities, netball themed activities and team-building sessions which make a perfect holiday activity. ​​
performance CAMPS
These are aimed at County & Franchise players. Our camps provide a variety of on court sessions targeting both defensive and attacking principles, individual skills, fitness, strength and conditioning. These are 3 day camps held at our own facility in Farnsfield, Nottinghamshire utilising our own half netball court, weights & fitness suite, hot tub for recovery & surrounding countryside and woodland for endurance training.
The aim of these camps are to improve individual skills, maintain fitness, improve strength on court and develop positional understanding.​​​​
